"Easy exchange, "no hassle""
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and needed to swap it out. the whole exchange was simple. They got back to me quickly, I sent the item back, and the new one showed up without any "drama". Really happy with how they handled it, and I’d definitely shop here again

"Tracking could’ve been a lot clearer"
My order did eventually show up, so I can’t say it was a total miss, but the tracking was frustrating. It barely updated, and I ended up messaging twice just to get a clear answer. The replies were a bit slow too, which reminded me of an order my sister dealt with recently where the product was fine but the communication made everything feel more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, not the worst experience, but they could definitely improve the updates and response time.

"Soft fabric that honestly surprised me"
I ordered a piece from nikitabyniki.com, and the second I touched the fabric, it was a whole little moment. It’s so soft on the skin and not even remotely scratchy, which is always my biggest fear.
The material has a really nice weight to it too. Not thin, not flimsy, not giving “this will fall apart after one wash” energy. It sits nicely and stays comfortable even after wearing it for a while.
I’m happy with it. I was slightly nervous before ordering, but the fabric turned out way better than I expected, like a tiny fashion plot twist in my favor.

I got my order and, the craftsmanship looks really good to me. The edges are clean, the stitching is neat, and the finishing feels like it was done properly. You can kind of tell a decent amount of care went into it. I’m happy with it overall.

"Pretty accurate descriptions overall"
I ordered from nikitabyniki.com after browsing around one evening while I was half-watching a show, and the product was pretty much what I expected from the description. The size, color, and material all matched what was listed, so there wasn’t any weird surprise when I opened the package.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the photos made it look just a tiny bit brighter than it is in person. It’s not a huge issue at all, and depending on the lighting in my room it still looks really nice, so I’d still order from them again
